About Alison
Alison works with clients in the resolution of disputes involving Wills and Trusts. Alison has experience of a wide range of contentious probate matters including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, Will validity claims associated with capacity and undue influence issues, Trust disputes including breach of trust, claims against executors, trustees and administrators, estoppel claims, and any professional negligence disputes and claims that arise from Wills and Trust issues.
Alison has vast experience of litigating claims through the courts and is equally skilled in solving disputes through alternative means, be that mediation, arbitration or expert determination. As a qualified mediator, Alison brings additional value to the work she does in helping to bring matters to quick conclusion.
Alison has worked on many high-profile cases including the reported cases of Leeson vs McPherson ([2024] EWHC 889 (Ch)), Cohen v Fine & Ors [2020] EWHC 3278 (Ch) and Roocroft v Ball [2016] EWCA Civ 1009 (14 October 2016).
